Got the blue ray player very fast, it played all my old dvd’s from all over (Europe, Africa, Japan) and my blue ray movies. I bought some of the new blu ray live movies and it would not play them, so I contacted the seller to see what they recommended so I could maintain region free and not mess up the product, the basic response from all 5 emails was “not our problem”, very disappointed I tried to find the firmware update and did. So I installed it and the new blu ray disc work fine but it no longer plays any of my old dvds. Just giving a warning to all those looking at this, reason I gave 3 stars because the product arrived very fast and it did play all my old dvds and blu ray but when I updated the player now only plays my blu ray disc, and customer service’s attitude of “oh well its not our problem” is a big let down. Customer service -7 stars.
