This is to same as the Model 60 but has a HDMI cable. The model 60 sells for about $37 cheaper, so get the 60 and spend $10 for a HDMI cable and save $27.

The page for the model 60 has over 300 reviews. You need only 1 objective and professional review -- go to CNET and read theirs.

Sometimes when reading product reviews, here and elsewhere, one must take into consideration that they are open to anyone, any skill level and any degree of techno challenged. Like the G10 series Plasma I bought last month, this unit updated it's firmware the second I had it plugged into the hub for my network and powered it up into the setup. Has performed beautifully with the VieraLink hook up, which incidentally also works with the Panasonic ATSC DVR in the same entertainment area. One plus no one seems to have noticed is that the VieraLink allows 3-4 each of different compatible DVDs, DVRs, Lumix cameras, network cameras. To use the BD Live functions U MUST INSERT A SD CARD! The other web functions I can't speak for in that my Panasonic 42" G10 Plasma handles all of the same so I assume it is no different- and I love it! Presently I am running this through a Sony receiver for the home theater audio, but am of the mind set to upgrade it to another VieraLink receiver, hoping one will show up with HD radio built in. Could have more connections, but really doesn't need them. Would have been nice to have it Divx certified, but my Panasonic DVR below is and I am having trouble getting it registered, so I maybe when they make the next generation with the Divx- it will hopefully be able to do it all within its own web connection, not needing to get file from a PC - Hope this helps you decide what you want - I bought this kind of impulsively as I did more research after I bought it and felt a sigh of relief as I learned more -I made a good `gut' choice. I would have given ti 5 stars, but there are otehr Panny units wih more features as 7.1, etc., but dollar for dollar- this is a five star in it's league.

I bought this player back in Sept. 2009. I'm very happy with it. Apparently the Blu-Ray players take more time than regular players to load the discs.
Other than that, it plays great, both Blu-Ray discs and regular DVD's.

Buyer beware is always advisable. Nowhere in the Amazon listing does it tell you that the product sold by Tiger Direct is a "Quality Refurbished" product, but when you track the order through the supplier you learn that it is. While I haven't received the product yet - and it may be just fine - if you're considering the purchase, know what you're getting. This is deceptive and I'm a little surprised it's happening on Amazon.

Do not buy this you cannot get customer support online or by phone and you cannot upgrade the firmware. And all this information about BD Live is a joke.
