I haven't tried to use the Netflix feature as I already have a Roku player that performs flawlessly and uses less electricity. The problem with my 370, and apparently some other owners units, is the fact that it gets almost as hot as a George Foreman Grill! The specs say the unit only uses 26 watts, yet the top right side gets so hot it is uncomfortable to touch it. I own two other LG DVD players, one of which is a recorder/player. Neither of these run hot...just very slightly warm. Having read about the recall on Walmart brand DVD players due to a fire hazard, I'm concerned about this player too.
